As part of this service, Orange carries out the following processing:

- The application requires access to the Contacts List to display contacts information and allow the User to edit them (add, modify, delete). When the User activates the spam detection feature, the application will access the Call Log and send incoming and outgoing call phone numbers to the server in order to identify spam calls and to improve the Antispam Service algorithm efficiency.

- When a Qualification (“malicious”, “telemarketing” or “approved”) is sent, the ICCID of the User, which is the ID of the SIM card, containing the country code, the operator code and an identifier of the SIM card is processed. This data is exclusively used for the proper completion of the Qualification throughout the period of use of the Service by the User.

- The correspondent’s number is collected and processed in order to provide and improve the “monitoring and filtering unsolicited calls” service and is kept for a period of 2 months after the call

- The correspondent’s number is processed in order to provide the “Caller ID” and “price information” services only for the time during which these services are provided, it is then deleted automatically

- Statistical data are collected anonymously (it does not allow to identifiy the user) in order to report failure informations of the application, to better understand the uses and continually improve the service. The tools used are Google CrashLytics, FollowAnalytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Firebase and Google Analytics. The collection of this information can be deactivated during the installation of the application and at any time from the “Trust badge” in the “Your data” section of the Orange Phone/Help/About menu.

The legal basis of this processing is the performance of the contract. For purposes related to service improvement, the legal basis of the processing is legitimate interest.

The recipients of the personal data processed are the Orange teams and Orange’s subcontractors and Partners in charge of the Service. These include 118 712, InfoBel and/or Google, which are involved in the Caller ID service.

The data collected may be processed outside the European Union. In this case, Orange makes the necessary arrangements with its subcontractors and partners to ensure an adequate level of protection of your data in full compliance with applicable regulations.

If the respective subcontractors and partners are not members of the Privacy Shield agreement with respect to transfers to the United States of America, or are not located in a country with legislation considered as offering protection they will then have signed the “standard contractual clauses” of the European Commission or will be subject to binding internal rules approved by the authorities.

The User has a right of access and rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, as well as the right to the portability of his data. The User may also issue instructions on the retention, deletion or communication of his data after his death.

The User may contact the privacy protection officer and exercise his rights in writing via the Help/Contact us menu of the Application.

In France, any consumer may register for free on an opposition list called “Bloctel” in order to no longer be solicited by a professional with whom he has no current contractual relationship. The consumer can register on the site www.bloctel.gouv.fr

The processing of the User’s data is in compliance with ORANGE’s Charter on the Protection of Personal Data and Privacy. For the French territory, it is available from the following web address: https://c.orange.fr/pages-juridiques/donnees-personnelles.html
