Privacy Protection

This Policy relating to privacy protection explains how Orange SA (« Orange ») uses, shares and protects personal data that the user may entrust to it and how this policy applies to this Site. The user, when accessing, browsing, viewing and/or using the Site, agrees to the terms of this Policy relating to privacy protection.

  1. Personal data of the user

    Orange will not communicate any personal data of the user (e-mail address, name) to third parties. If the user has any questions about the processing or protection of his personal data, he can contact the Site officer via the “Contact us” section.

  2. Provision and accuracy of information

    When the user communicates information to Orange, he agrees to inform Orange of any change in the information that he has provided over time. The user has the right to receive a copy of his information (in which case Orange will charge him a small commission) and to rectify any error.

  3. Disclosure of personal information about a user to third parties

    Orange may disclose in good faith any personal data concerning the user if Orange deems such action essential to: (i) comply with a legal requirement; (ii) comply with a legal process or (iii) defend its rights or property.

  4. Minors

    No information should be sent to the Site by anyone under the age of 18.

  5. Modification

    Orange reserves the right from time to time to modify the terms of this Privacy Policy, such changes taking effect immediately upon the posting on the Site of the said Privacy Policy as amended. The user will be deemed to have agreed to the Privacy Policy as updated and available on the Site each time he accesses or uses the Site. This Privacy Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. The user and Orange agree to submit to the relevant courts of Paris, France any complaint or dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy.
